Barbara Perkins, Mother’s Morning Out Care Provider
There’s no one quite like Miss Barbara. She’s been a trusted part of our nursery and toddler care program for many years and has helped many a parent raise and nurture their children from birth to high school and even college graduation. It’s not uncommon to find our teenagers and young adults spending time with her when she is here at the church. She has diapered most of them, wiped their noses when they had colds and read to them when they have missed mom and dad. She has a tender heart and a warm smile. We believe you’ll fall in love with her when you meet her, just like most of our kids and their parents have!
Gracie Perkins, Mother’s Morning Out Care Provider
Gracie is Barbara Jackson’s mom and she has worked at Westminster, with her daughter, since 2001. Before that she worked with the elderly, for nine years, and spent twenty years in the health care professions, working in the hospital setting. She was born in Collins, Mississippi and has two children. Her favorite food is spaghetti / lasagna and she tells everyone that working with Barbara and our kids keeps her looking and feeling younger than ever!
